It's fresh cosplay season so I have to bombard you with my favorite designs. Next to the fantastic Riddle and her Original Avengers Wasp outfit, this guy impressed me the most. I have no idea who this character is but he is a slick dresser. Where is his swagger stick and monocle. I want to see him in a battle to the death with the nefarious Mr. Peanut.
