And please, no nitpicking about how the Rocketeer is not OF the time of the Pulp Heroes. He so clearly fits in with the group of heroes that were popular before the Golden Age of Comic Books began. I would like to add Tarzan to this group. Maybe even Doc Savage if he could keep his shirt from ripping (the big show-off) but he always comes with his posse.
