The daughter of the sea monster? I guess they couldn't get the rights to use the Creature From The Black Lagoon. I like her webbed feet and the wings on her legs and arms. Plus she has a pet piranha that she carries around in a clear glass purse. Genius. It's the little touches that make me a fan of these.

When the first series came out she was the last one for me to get, but as the line has gotten so much bigger than I ever thought, I have found myself picking up the various Lagoona dolls here and there. I like the little touches they do with these dolls and hers are sometimes so cute and fun.
That is one of the reasons I'm still such a fan. Just when I think they have exhausted all ideas, they come up with something else that I'm like, "Oh, it won't hurt to have this one too." lol
I made myself a promise that I would only buy one of each character but you are right, it's impossible. Each line has something that I love and the variations are amazing. They display so well and actual effort is put into the tiny details. They went beyond being just DOLLS a long time ago. So I have changed my edict. If I can get a great piece at a good price then I am going for it.
