Fidel Castro Wins China's 'Confucius Peace Prize'?

I would say that China was being ironic or humorous but they don't understand either concept. How many wins is that for Castro in a row? I hope he puts more energy into his acceptance speech than he did last year. If not for the televised executions I would have tuned off that show in the first ten minutes. Once again, thank you for reminding me that in a crazy world, China, you often choose to add to the chaos as opposed to the calm. I do like the way Castro chose to wear his fancy tracksuit for this picture. Time to update the program I guess. I wasn't even shortlisted for this award, AGAIN! Who does more for the cause of world peace than ME?
