Worst Action Figure, EVER!

Who ever approved that head sculpt? How did this abomination get past the design stage? I just don't get it. It doesn't even work as an anime/animation inspired piece. It's like some kind of demented Christmas nut cracker. Truly horrific. I show comparison images to further strengthen my argument.
