This picture tells the whole story. Both cats know they are busted. The one on the right, however, is much quicker with it's strategy and has decided to play all cute and adopt a 'why would I do something like this?' attitude. That sweet smile is just about to be accompanied by several turns around it's master's legs. The other cat just looks stunned. Like he couldn't for the life of him come up with a story that seemed even halfways plausible. In a second he will be thanking the other cat for tossing him under the bus because he was not included in the lie. Classic.

That is the first step on the long road of the evolution of cats. They have already managed to work their way into a position of authority over humans. Soon they will rule the world.

It's been awhile since there were more then one cat in the place at the same time, but when there was I swear my cat Cooper would sit around while the other cat did it's bidding.
