If the Human Torch has to die, I am really interested in seeing how this team works. Spider-Man (like She-Hulk, Black Panther, and Giant Man) was always the unofficial 'fifth' member of the Fantastic Four. He is a member of the Family and has a connection with he team going all the way back to Spider-Man #2 when he 'auditioned' to join the team but left when he was told the were a non-profit operation.

I don't know how long this can last. I assumed they were making room for little Franklin.
I have been finding that Valeria is even stronger a hero than Franklin with his mental blocks and all. Plus Spider-Man with his fun loving attitude will be great for the whole team to heal after Johnnies 'death'.
