Calgary - The Living West

This so reminds me of those bad movies they would show to us in elementary school. It's fascinating to look back at the kind of city Calgary was back then. I am very familiar with that city today but it sure was a different place back in 1962.

Wow - it looked so small! I enjoyed recognizing some of the buildings and landmarks that can still be seen today.

Ahhh. Fernando's Hideaway, the Pump room and Dante's. You'll find me the back room of the Jade Palace, talking business. When things were good.

How were the egg rolls at the Jade Palace?

oooo I hate that. If you give your business an asian name then you best serve the best damn egg rolls in the city.
