I knew you Canadians were up to something...
I'd heard that you were responsible for the whole 'global warming' thing...something about being sick of the snow, but this...this is far more sinister.
Hmm, It appears that the perception filter that Torchwood Canada installed to blanket the country is on the blink. We'd better get that fixed, pronto!
