Little Heroes & Villains by Darren Rawlings

 

I used to doodle a lot of superheroes in my notebooks at school. I would have loved to reach even this level of deceptive simplicity. Our local college hold summer workshops in their arts department. In previous years I have taken introduction to drawing and glass blowing for beginners. This summer they are holding a week long comic book art class where the students use line drawing and the computer to put out their own mini-comics. It's only for older teens but I have my name on the list if the class doesn't full up.
