Very easy costume to make, very hard costume to pull off.
Only certain girls can do that and do it this well.
Forgive me. For those not in the know, THIS is the character Tifa from the Final Fantasy video games. So, yeh, pretty much spot on. EVERY great cosplayer has a Tifa in her portfolio. It's expected. So I celebrate the very best here at the Cave of Cool. (copyright - tell your friends.)

It's these Latin woman, Man. They say no human male can resist them.
So do you know the character she is cosplaying? To be honest, i don't.
Look up Tifa Lockhart from the Final Fantasy video game series and you can see this is exactly how she dresses and looks with all the same sexuality. Like I said. Easy to make. Hard to pull off.
