I posted some with mayo as the sauce. Very popular in Europe to eat it this way but for me I go with pepper and ketchup on top. I don't mind gravy and milk curds in the style of POUTINE (you are welcome world) when it's done with really good gravy. I think Hollandaise sauce would be interesting. It's good on the fries I get with my Egg's Benedict.

Those are some great pics. Mayo is surprisingly good on fried potatoes.
A pile of fries is also good under a slathering of chilli.
And, D.I.? That's why the post is called Potato PORN because now for Cal it's forbidden fruit. He can look but he can't touch, poor sod.

Bacon bits the real stuff not fake and shredded cheeses Mozzarella and cheddar blend is my favorite, but Hollandaise sounds yummy to try.
YUM! it's near dinner time here in OZ and the tummy's rumbling...then you put up these pics. Guess I'll have top pick the tastiest looking and go make it.
