First Look of the Day: Apparently this print of Korra — the female protagonist of Nickelodeon’s Avatar sequel — and her yet-unnamed Animal Guide/Spirit Animal — a “polar bear dog” — is being sold at the Nick booth at Comic-Con.
The Last Airbender: Legend of Korra is set to premiere in 2012.

Good god, that is AWESOME! I can't believe they're making an Avatar sequel, that's just amazing. I really, really love Avatar. It's the most perfect series ever, and I can't wait to get more out of that amazing world they've built in the series.

Thanks for telling me that. I have wanted to get into the cartoon series for a long time now if only so I know why I am suppose to hate the live action movie so much.
Wait, you haven't watched it? Then I highly recommend it. I don't think you'd regret watching a few episodes, even if you end up not liking it.
A unique blend of western storytelling, eastern philosophies, anime-style drawing, and Chinese martial arts. How sweet a combo is that? I'll be showing this to my kids someday.
Screw this "Mayan Calendar end of the world" crap! Between this and the Avengers Movie, 2012 can't happen soon enough for me!
