Enough With The Freaky Ocean Creatures


Helicoprion (“Spiral Saw”) was a long-lived genus of shark-like cartilaginous fish that first arose in the oceans of the late Carboniferous 280 million years ago, survived the Permian-Triassic Extinction Event, and eventually went extinct during the early Triassic some 225 million years ago.

He's the 'Swizz Army Knife' of ocean killers. I don't doubt he has those tweezers and a toothpick hidden somwhere on his person.

They are still not quite sure how that lower jaw is suppose to look. but that's a hell of a pic!
