George Stephanopolous - Way to prove to be more out of touch culturally than Wolf Blitzer. You had a joke candidate (Stephen Colbert) on your show and then refused to get or even acknowledge the joke. What a programmed chowder head you are. It's your lack of even half a nutsack or a single molecule of irony that makes you the worst kind of idiot 'journalist'. Seriously. You make Blitzer look like Murrow.

And that sums up what's wrong with people--if you have no sense of humor, and can't laugh a little at yourself (or at things terribly important to you) then you've already lost!
I was just laughing at my 72 year old mother. Plus 40 or minus 40 she just goes about her business running errands. I asked her if it was cold out and she said without the wind it only felt like -20.
This woman will bury me.
Something about extreme environments breeds pragmatism.
And sturdiness. And the ability to accept the things one cannot change, such as the temp.
