WTF Food Item Of The Day

I don't even want to know. This reminds me of the time when they tried to change the colors of ketchup and mustard. It was weird as is that burnt bun. I know it's not really two pieces of charcoal but the look is really putting me off my lunch - never a good thing for a Sith burger franchise.

I remember when I was a little kid they had ads on TV for Blue Ketchup. I remember we bought some (or more likely begged Mom to buy some) and while it didn't taste any different, the novelty wore off before we had something that needed ketchup again.

In fact a lot of my childhood had strange film-tie in foodstuffs. Toy Story's "Buzz Blast" cereal, Spider-Man Strawberry Crunch Snacks, etc I think breakfast gets the most tie-ins.

Most of the stuff was no different from the original at best, but became worse because you HAD to eat it before it went stale.

Honestly I think the only movie tie in food I actually liked was m & m's "Dark Side" Dark Chocolate M&Ms for the release of Episode 3 and that only because there was enough sugar in one bag to give me enough of a rush to get me through that movie's many boring talking scenes.

Though I do have the "Darth Tater" Mr Potato Head toy on my shelf, but thats not really a "foodstuff" and I got it as a gag gift, but its left more of an impression than this food I suppose.

dark Vador, really. I don't even know who that is.

Exactly boys. Can't the name translate as DARTH VADER is all languages. Is this ONE thing we can all agree on?

Dark Vador sounds like a bad mexican knock-off action figure...that you can eat.

I believe Darth Vader is Dutch for Dark Father.

I know I'd have a hard time eating that burnt-looking bun!

The dark side has lettuce and tomato?

Well my doctor does talk about tomatoes as if they are the devil. That might have something to do with it.

I agree with you Sarah, my eyes would work against my tastebuds and that is never good.

Yes Debra, they do. Just take one look at Ronald McDonald and tell me he's not a Sith Necromancer.

OMG, DrGoat, you're right!!!!
