It`s nice to see those storefront designs looking fresh and new and full of promise rather than sad, neglected and full of nothing but regret, broken dreams and, more than likely, botulism.

If we are lucky they ended up as that. Still being able to sell their botulism to some inner city immigrant community.

I'm with ToyBox! I love these renderings! The only other time I can remember such a mundane location being so beautifully designed was the art deco movement of the 30s and 40s.
