It's the exact same chocolate bar but with Halloween packaging. I like seeing more and more of this kind of marketing every year.
Halloween is a billion dollar a year industry and the way to get rid of all those stale chocolate bars that have been sitting around all year.

You're not kidding about the offloading of stale candy and stale chocolate bars by manufacturers in those Halloween treats boxes. Bastards.
I find if you keep them in the freezer they go down a lot better. And it's always the same mini bars. Why not mini Twix or mini Turkish Delight.
