All Kinds Of Awesome

This reminds me of my University days. There was a used book store called the Wee Book Inn that we visited often. The ladies would sell old comics at cover price or trade two for one. It was a great source for my comic book collecting hobby and allowed me to fill in a lot of depth to my collection in the 80s. Most of the comics I got then were great ones from the 70s which were still in fine condition. You could buy 20 comics for less than five dollars. Good times. My roomie would trade for new content but I kept everything I bought.

The Wee Book Inn is still going strong, now with several locations. I don't know if they deal in comic books anymore though. Too many comic book places now as competition.

They just had three or four spinner racks for comics but the issues always rotated. It was worth it to go in several times a week. After breakfast as Albert's.

I miss that Albert's location too. Been about 15 years now since it burned down. But one of the waitresses who used to work there is still working at another Albert's location I go to. Continuity, man.
