KRULL - So Bad It's Good.

I love this goofy film from the early 80s. The GLAVE is a very cool weapon and it does have a pre fame Liam Nesson. Just don't get too attached to him. I can't think of this film without thinking about gooseberry pies, whatever those are.

I also enjoy the sad, sad, fate of the poor Cyclops. Knowing the time and manner of their death is a bitch of curse for misusing their ability to predict the future. Breaks my heart every time. This is one that showed on an endless loop on cable TV during the 80s and 90s so we all have seen it more times than we care to admit. A guilty pleasure. And really, how cool is THE GLAVE?

 

 

I actually had this comic. At 75 cents each you could take a chance at a comic book mini-series like these and Marvel could do adaptations of these big movies. Krull was a big holiday movie at the time.
