I Was Just Thinking
The reason why ANY person should not have more than 40 guns is the same reason why I shouldn't have a taser. If I had one, I would be forever tempted to do something I shouldn't do with it like give that snotty paperboy a little attitude adjustment.

The world is full of strange and twisted minds....but yeah, I would opt out of a Tazer and just go for the Phaser. Besides, it doesn't cost anything and is easily concealed.
I like the Phaser because when you kill someone they burn up and leave no DNA.
