From Amazing Spider-Man 615. I love Spidey's winter gear. I always worried for him in the winter like I worried for Robin. (You think Batman would have let him wear the long pants when the snow started to fly) Summer would be just as bad. I would rather be cold than hot any day of the week. Layers I can add but there is a limit to how much my polar bear like visage can keep away the heat.
The second panel finally shows Sandman using some imagination with his powers. It's a no-brainer and I for one am pleased to see some 'effort' going into comic art.
