These creatures that also start with Y are called 'Yabby's' and are a delicacy found in Northern Australia. I hope to take my neice and nephew in search of a whole mess of these since they seen to have less meat than you normal lobster but got that whole crawfish look to them. mmmmmm BOY! You caught me with an unknown crustatian from my beloved Australia. Since it resembles an lobster and my people (and their kitties) have always been lobstermen I may have to reconcider my choice. Yak for land and Yabby for sea. Do you taste good with butter? We can find a compromise around the barbecue I am sure.
