Time Lord

I created an immortal time travelling character once called the Time Lord. When his powers activated he gave off a bright flash of rainbow light signifying his travel to or from the time stream. It had the effect of disorientating anyone who saw it and affected their memory. This allowed the Time Lord a few minutes to get his bearings in the new time period and protected the secret of his powers. The images I found today replicate the light effect created by the character's abilities that I always imagined in my mind.
