Brother May turned me on to this terrific trailer for the amateur production of "Max Neptune and the Menacing Squid". He is right when he says that it's amazing how good the effects are for something that doesn't have full studio support behind it. I wish SyFy would hire guys like this to just tweek their CGI so that their creature features would look a bit better.

I quite agree. Some "amateur" productions have more life and imagination than many professional films.
