Lost In Space

It was a goofy show that I enjoyed watching in syndication after school when I was a kid. Many many people bashed the 1998 remake but for me it is one movie that I can watch over and over again. Like 'Resident Evil' and 'Masters of the Universe' there is nothing I hate about 'Lost in Space' One of my all time guilty pleasures.

Today Dick Tufled died at the age of 85. He was the booming voice of the robot, a role he reprised in the remake.

My Dad grew up on the show when he was a kid, and he got my brother and I into into it by buying all the VHS tapes when they were released episode by episode in the mid-ninities, just shy of a year before the first trailer for the movie adaptation was released.

So learning that the Robot's voice is gone, really hits me.

Me too. It was great growing up with the show. Sorry to hear about the passing of Dick T. An iconic voice.
