More Gifts To The Cave

Timothy has been a long time follower of the Cave of Cool. You can follow the link back to his name to see all the great stuff that he does with his spare time.

Today I came back from the mail with a package from him containing this terrific action figure from the Buffy The Vampire Slayer -  A Willow and Tara two pack with magical cat. I am just dying.

I have a lot of action figures in my collection but some pieces will always be more special because the people who gave them too me knew how much they would mean to me. They took the time to actually care. There is not enough of those kind of people in the world.

I think you all can see just how crappy my photography is. Does anyone have any tips to improve my style?

What makes this even cooler is that Tim himself has something to do with the creation of this two-pack in the first place. I leave it to him to tell the story so write up something I can add to this post, Tim.

This just makes my week. I love the girl action figures more than the boy action figures on most days. Only the strongest female characters get to be preserved in plastic. I will find a place of honor for this gift where I can look at it everyday. Thank Tim.

I forgot it was coming and today it showed up. I am a blessed man.

I'll have to share the story later, running off to a meeting.

But that set was inspired by the Kitten Board and put together after Tara was killed off.
I might post it all on my blog.

I does my heart good knowing my little witches are up there, North of the Border protecting the world with their little kitty in the Cave of Coolness!

The name of the set "Together Forever" was dreamed up over on the Kitten Board, the largest and oldest Willow & Tara site on the web.

I feel like I am holding me some toy history. It's a great piece. All my thanks again.
