Liliana Porter - Man with Axe (2011)
I think I have become a fan of art installations where stuff gets destroyed and that is disturbing to me. I am of the mind that anything I break I have to clean up myself and I hate cleaning up after my mistakes. So why do I enjoy this installation so much? I want to look at all the pieces and how they have been layed out to complete the finished piece but at the same time I just want to take a brush and sweep all the mess into a garbage can. I am losing it I think. 2013, the year that Cal finally goes off his nut. Somebody find me a dustpan.

The poor little bugger with an axe has a huge job in front of him.
I guess any job doing well is worth doing right.
My mom would be horrified. She can't stand a mess. It's really cute.
Is she like my Mom and can't watch the show 'Hoarders' either?
I'm sure she couldn't watch Hoarders. When we go to a movie she says to me, "Somebody has to clean up that mess you know."
