NOW We Got Us A Match-Up
I have no doubt that the Predator's tech would be the deciding factor in this battle but man on man it might be different. Unlike with the battle against Wolverine, the Predator would only need to inflict a few wounds upon the Spartan before the fight was over.

The luminescent green blood is really going to clash with the color scheme the backgrounds have going on.
