Barbara Gordon is a librarian and has read a book in her life. Unlike Lindsey, Barbara is never drunk off her ass while fighting crime in Gotham City. She's also not a completely unreliable train wreck and that is all that Lindsey is and she is also illiterate. All these are reasons why Lohan will NEVER gets the part. I hear there is an opening working the pole during the lunch shift at the Itchy Kitty.

Surely Lindsey Lohan doesn't have a serious film career left?
One would hope but I haven't seen her spit out the bottom of the porn industry so who knows.
