From "The Tao of Jeet Kune Do" by Bruce Lee

“The aim of art is to project an inner vision into the world, to state in aesthetic creation the deepest psychic and personal experiences of a human being. It is to enable those experiences to be intelligible and generally recognizable within the total framework of an ideal world.”

Okay, now I am a smart guy - but WHAT THE FUCK does that even MEAN? That is gibberish. I bet if he were around today, even Bruce couldn't tell you what he was talking about. GAH! The 'Toa' of Winnie the Pooh makes more sense that this balloon juice.

It's thought it was perfect that I include a pic to go with this crap that has nothing to do with the crap itself. But I am a creative guy so I can see how one could make the leap that CRAP and FLY do go together so I am ironic in spite of myself.

My favourite Bruce Lee quotation is from Enter The Dragon:
"Hai!!!"

Says it all, really.

It means that art is look into the artist soul and how he sees the world. Why he didn't just say it that way is beyond me. Considering Bruce Lee it means, "When I punch you, It will be so hard that you will see things from my point of view.
