Can You Keep A Secret?

For the third time in the past two days I have reached a milestone of 600 followers on my Tumblr page. However, I was only able to enjoy the moment for less than five minutes before someone unfollowed me and put me back to 599. What kind of psycho does something like that? It's deliberate I tell ya...DELIBERATE!!! So let's just keep this moment to ourselves. If nobody says anything outloud then I can avoid getting the screwgie.

Congratulations, Kal. I know the frustration. I had a couple people do that to me when I hit 300. It sucks. But you'll be well over 600 in no time to make up for the current agony.

I know it shouldn't matter but it DOES. Numbers are validation. Numbers let you know that you have people out there who think your stuff is worthy of a quick glance.

Trust me, I understand numbers!!! That wack-job is throwing out some seriously bad karma.

I just remember a time when I had zero followers and maybe fifteen visits to my site. I am proud of what I have accomplished here. Maybe it is all a waste of time but one never knows that.

Always seems to happen when you reach a milestone on Tumblr. Like why do they follow and then un-follow?
Very frustrating.

I can see if it was my regular blog and people (who use Google Reader) don't want to see my voluminous volume of posts clogging up their page. So they unfollow once they realize what a chore it is to follow me. I get that. I can forgive that.

But on tumblr I rarely unfollow because I want access to the most images that I can see. Plus its a hassle to go look for a particular blog off the list of ones I am following. So for another person to go through the trouble to let me go is insulting. What I don't post enough gay animal porn? I should cut half of the blogs I follow because many of them are very weak, especially the ones with the girls who think they are pretty and do nothing but fish for compliments from anonymous horndogs.

Like with this blog I answer most of the comments made here. I think it's important. It builds relationships with people. Nothing bugs me more then replying to something on Tumlr and getting ignored by someone who thinks they are better than me. FUCK THEM.

Sorry about that. Just needed to get that out. Move along now, nothing to see here folks.
