I Am Speechless. I Am Without Speech

My first thought was that this has to be a parody of fundie beliefs. A bit of research reveals that it is sadly a real book - Dinosaurs of Eden by Ken Ham, founder of Answers in Genesis.

Now I have to go and have a shower to get rid of all the stupid I got on me from reading this book.

It's funny that dinosaurs were never mentioned in The Book Of Genesis. It couldn't be that these creationists just MADE THIS SHIT UP... could it? Lying Christians - who'd believe it?

Arrrgghhh! This stuff does my head in. I now need to take a scouring brush to my grey matter to get rid of this idiocy.

It's a genuine shock to me that these people are smart enough to remember to breathe, let alone have the mental capacity to commit their moronic ideas to paper.

I personally believe that Jeebus travelled around with two trained velociraptors to take out his enemies on command.

At least that gorilla looks happy in there.

Well he just made friends with Man. How could that possibly turn out bad for the gorilla?

CLEARLY that book is fake. Everyone knows it was Adam and Steve, not Adam and Eve.

Maybe Eve just had a mustache problem. Women from that part of the world usually do.

Oh yes, my friend. Be afraid. Be VERY afraid. This was the sort of stuff I was bombarded with before I escaped the Baptist church. Summation: it doesn't matter what they call god, because a zealot is a zealot. And they'll believe whatever the puppet masters holding the holy book have cooked up on any particular day. What power that must be, to be able to mold the reality of your followers to whatever you deem it to be. Sad.

It's a sad ATTEMPT to preach to the converted. What is so wrong about the TRUTH? They can make up some bullshit to explain anything away. I just wish they would make it at least interesting for me to mock. Such an easy target.

Luckily we don´t have many creationists in the subtropical regions of Mexico (we don´t have dinosaurs, either).
