I hear the comet is making noise. Why is it making noise? Isn't that impossible in the vacuum of space? I mean they say they can't hear you scream in space so why should a comet be any different? I am impressed with the humans who pulled off this trick of cosmic navigation. I really hope they pull it off and get some cool data or maybe even a couple of cool images to make the whole mission really worthwhile.
Philae ejected at around 0835 GMT, said Andrea Accomazzo, flight operations director at the European Space Agency (ESA).
