While their live action division is suffering, DC's animated movies are firing on all cylinders. If you felt that these were just cartoons you would be wrong. Most are as intense as the comic book stories they are based on. I admire them for not holding back despite probable push-back from Corporate. Each film has great action filled stories with great animation and very talented voice actors, and are written with the older comic book fan in mind and the creators work very hard to maintain the spirit and tone of their original comic book origins from their films..
This is the list of all the movies in the set. I marked in purple my favorites and I have seen them all. I can't believe the oldest one is only ten years old. If I had to choose any single favorite it would be Justice League - Crisis on Two Earths or Justice League - The Flashpoint Paradox. Both are not to be missed.
