Veronica Lake

Of all the oldie timey Hollywood starlets at the beginning of Hollywood's reinvention of the fame machinery, she was always my favorite.

Wow, you can actually see her other eye in that picture. It's almost disappointing; I'd expected Veronica Lake to have some kind of robotic laser-guided frankeneye.
