How come every show the beautiful Summer Glau participates in doesn't last more than a couple of seasons? 'Firefly', 'Dollhouse', and 'The Sarah Connor Chronicles' have all fallen to this curse. I don't believe in it of course but any producer worth his salt must think about her bad JU JU in the back oh his mind when he is thinking of hiring her.

Dollhouse was horribly flawed from the start. The terminator show was craptastic. I didn't even watch beyond the second episode.
Firefly though... well at least it had the movie.
Here's one, is it just me or would she be perfect for the role of Sally if they ever made a live action Nightmare Before Christmas?

Each of those shows was very good. Its a shame really. I hope she is given another chance very soon. I loved her in Dollhouse where she got to show some range and act normal as opposed to broken.
I'd hire her. ;)

She did have a recurring role on the last three seasons of The 4400 and that show lasted more than two seasons. But that show mostly played in syndication so I'm not surprised you forgot it.
I do remember the '4400' but it slipped by me and was gone before I could catch up. Had no idea she was in it. Man, she really is the widowmaker of shows isn't she? Good thing her talent and beauty doesn't keep her from finding work.
