It's Zombie Safe And Comfy Cozy

We admit it. Normally, we would never consider living in a building that was once used for industrial purposes, but this former water pumping station in Northern England changed our minds once and for all. Its elegantly post-industrial exterior in weathered brick stands gracefully in the midst of green pastures, now turned into impeccable lawns. The interiors are a whole different story, though. It’s all sleek lines, state-of-the-art appliances and awesome design. Undoubtedly, renovating the structure and repurposing it for residential use entailed quite some monetary investment, which is why it doesn’t surprise us to learn that the home is now for sale for a ‘mere’ £725,000.

Ugly outside, cold decor inside, but yeah, you would be safe from Zombies and maybe the Apocalypse.

The ugly brick outside also discourages thieves from breaking and entering. Brilliant!

Unless, of course you do something stupid like post pictures of all the nice stuff inside your ugly ass building on the internet -- then you'd be hooped.
