Maybe A Big Feed Of Pasta Will Help Me Sleep
Currently I have been up for nearly two days. Just couldn't sleep last night after tossing back and forth for a couple of hours. Hopefully this works or I will have to create an entire turkey dinner to fill myself up with the tryptophan. It's getting pretty stressful. I don't sleep more than a few hours at a time but after 48 hrs awake I can be a touch growly.

When I had to get to bed super-early to wake up at 2AM for a hiking trip, I used a shot of whiskey and a caplet of diphenhydramine (benadryl). Worked wonders and I woke up in 6-8 hrs feeling fresh as rain.
Also, don't you guys get over-the-counter Tylenol-with-CODEINE up there in the Great White North?
Oh yeh, there is gravel and over the counter sleep aids and Niquil (which is fantastic for a great rest). I should finally be able to shut down my brain very soon....then I will get drastic.
Lasagna . . . turkey . . . maybe turkey lasagna? I hope you sleep soon, dude.
You need to get a good nights sleep at least 3 times a week. Try melatonin maybe? Or one of the perscription meds will work but use sparingly.
I think the heartburn would keep me up. But maybe it would be worth it.
I don't even have that excuse to use for my lack of sleep.
