Who knew that Safeway would have seafood mix in olive oil in their deli section? It was just a mess of shrimp and calamari rings and mushrooms. I like my food to come all in one container if possible.
I didn't notice several of these tentacled buggers lurking within the mixture until I got home. They have a great chewy texture not unlike sun dried raisins or moist beef jerky. Plus I got to restock on garlic stuffed olives and score a warm Parmesan garlic baguette. It's a beautiful thing.

I see the same is true of you.
