Even though I have never played the video games, I am a huge fan of The Resident Evil movies. If ever a goofy series hit all the right action/adventure buttons for me, it's this group of movies. They are my guilty pleasure. It doesn't hurt that the film stars Mila Jovovich, possibly the best female action star there has ever been. She always gives 100% effort in all these films. I plan to see this one in the theatre so I can fully enjoy all the 3-D effects. If this is the last in the series I will deal with that but I hope there will be many more sequels in the future.

I'm the opposite -- I'm a big fan of the games, but I hate the movies. However, I might have to make an exception and watch this one because I have a huge girl crush on Michelle Rodriguez and I heard she's returning in this one.
I never played the games because I always feared the learning curve so this is as close as I get to the story.
