First International Poster For The Next Chapter In The Riddick Saga

The plot seems similar to Pitch Black but I am a sucker for these movies. What else is Vin Diesel gonna do except make movies like this and the Fast and Furious franchise (the latest which I really enjoyed) Karl Urban reprises his role from The Chronicles of Riddick and will be joined by Katie Sackoff.

The infamous Riddick has been left for dead on a sun-scorched planet that appears to be lifeless. Soon, however, he finds himself fighting for survival against alien predators more lethal than any human he’s encountered. The only way off is for Riddick to activate an emergency beacon and alert mercenaries who rapidly descend to the planet in search of their bounty. The first ship to arrive carries a new breed of merc, more lethal and violent, while the second is captained by a man whose pursuit of Riddick is more personal. With time running out and a storm on the horizon that no one could survive, his hunters won’t leave the planet without Riddick’s head as their trophy.

I loved PITCH BLACK and, despite its flaws, THE CHRONICLES OF RIDDICK (Which my wife dubbed ":The Chronicles of Riddick-ulous") I am so looking forward to this movie. They're stupid fun.

VERY stupid fun and how can I resist a movie with BOTH Judi Dench and Keith David? There is a reason we are brothers my friend.

Count me in. I liked the style of Chronicle. The sets were cool. Kind of a poor man's Giger. Mindless fun.

It was like two movies in one with the prison part and the invasion part. And all the actors are so serious and intense. As I have always said - the higher the concept the more full retard you have to go on the execution. It's one of those movies that I can watch whenever it passes by me on the satellite.
