I am fascinated how the Bulgarians could let this valuable part of their past fall to such ruin. Sure it was an evil past but the people were hardly at fault. When Russian said jump, all they could do was ask, "How high?" But it must have looked very cool in it's prime for all of the ten times it was probably used. Soviet Union in decay is beautiful to me.
