I Hate Everything About This

DC Comics is launching a line of comic books based on Hanna-Barbera's Flintstones, Scooby Doo, Wacky Races, Space Ghost, Jonny Quest and more, as reported by Entertainment Weekly. Scheduled to launch in May, these new titles aim to "revitalize" the characters with new stories and titles like Scooby Apocalypse, Future Quest and Wacky Raceland.

If the property isn't broke, there is no reason to fix it. That is what is wrong with everything DC Comics does. If you want to put out these comics there is no reason to UPDATE them. I remember what Jim Lee and his ilk did to the heroes in the 90s who went EXTREME. This is just more of the same garbage.

Oh good grief! Monstrosities! Abominations! How were these ever given the greenlight? What is wrong with the people at DC? Do they hate our childhoods so much that they have to destroy every single thread of them with this bilge?

I don't like the updated Flintstones look, but I do like the new Scooby-Doo gang. Especially Shaggy with his satchel, trendy beard, sleeve o' tats, and (altho we can't see it) an undoubted man bun.

Totally wrong. Agree with Tim.
