First Trailer For Neil Gaiman's American Gods.

This was the last novel that I read. I don't have time for books anymore and I think I ended on a high note. I have big hopes for this one. Ian McShane is a guy I can watch and listen to all day long. Plus he was in the remake of Death Race which is a bitchin' cool David Straitham movie. That and Deadwood are enough to make me take a peek.

Ian is one of my favorites too. Deadwood did it for me. Absolutely brilliant theater. He was even good in Lovejoy, that British series where he played an antique dealer. The first couple of seasons were very entertaining.

I've always meant to read that book but have not got around to it yet. The series looks great, if gory. I wonder if it's going to be shown in Canada on Showcase or somewhere? I don't get Starz, alas.

And speaking of gore, I see that the second season of PREACHER starts on June 19 on AMC, if you didn't already know.

Tell me about it. Though I am still waiting for my Sandman series from Netflix. Prince of Cats especially.
