Did You Know?
"The great Napoleon Bonaparte, Emperor of the French, and great military and political leader, feared felines. Don’t wait for a punch line, because there isn’t one. Cats chilled Napoleon to the bone. However, it is unknown why he feared them. But what is known is that the sight of a kitty would put him in panic mode. And it isn’t just Napoleon! Many other men who tried to rule the world feared cats, including Hitler, Mussolini and Julius Caesar. I guess cats and dictators were never meant to get along!"

He'd be catatonic with fear? Say it ain't so.
that is why they failed. They saw the great evil in cats and feared it instead of harnessing it. One must be in league with our cat overlords in order to dominate.
I'm pretty sure it's because he only had one testicle. In fact I think Hitler did too... maybe they all did... maybe having an odd number of testes causes fear of cats.
I think it might be that cats are independent souls and egomaniacs can't deal with beings that can't be usurped. Unlike dogs.
What a pussy!
