Fire Escape from the days of yore.... but, yeah. It would be dicey going down that under the best of circumstances.

When I was 12, there was an old abandoned Victorian house across the street from the school. Really spooky looking. There was an old rusty slide/tube going from the third floor to the ground that was supposed to be a fire escape. We used to dare each other to climb up the tunnel and slide down.

Scarey... both for the slide ride and the feeling that something creepy was gonna get you the whole time.
