I love this 'Borrower' guy. His superpower is that he 'borrows' shit from people and doesn't give it back. Why do they give his their stuff in the first place? Why is his IOU so good and trusted around the city? I find this all very suspect. I think someone didn't think this story through to the end.

Maybe he has some persuasive mind control voice that only effects weak human minds. Best I got.
I'm still stuck on how he calls it "creamed filling" rather than the more contemporary "cream filling".
He sounds like a brother-in-law I had who "borrowed" our car battery. We get in the car to take off - no battery!
