Because to be honest Canadian Cheddar only got his name in the news this week because of all the talk of dairy tarrifs. The cartoonist must not be Canadian. A Canadian would not be so full of himself to assume that he could just elevate cheddar to a nation symbol. There is a process for this kind of thing and the cheddar thug seemed to have skipped over a few steps.
