Well, either the shot of her putting boots on her legs is meant to tease that somehow Barbara Gordon can walk once more, or it is meant to make you think that way and it is someone else completely.
The safe money is on Spoiler. DC just avoided making Barbara Batgirl again by having her not walk at the end of a series called The Cure.
But a Spoiler in the mask/Barbara one the computer could work. It's Birds of Prey redux.
